Is my data secure?

Yes. Pry connects to Stripe via OAuth — we never see or store your Stripe secret keys. User behavior data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your data is stored in isolated databases per project.

What AI tools does Pry work with?

Any AI that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Today that includes Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, and VS Code with Copilot. ChatGPT support is coming soon.

How is this different from ChartMogul or Baremetrics?

Those tools give you dashboards you need to learn and navigate. Pry gives your AI the data directly — you ask questions in plain English and get instant, contextual answers that combine revenue AND behavior data.

Do I need technical skills to set up Pry?

If you can run a terminal command, you’re good. Connect Stripe with one click, run ‘npx @getpry/cli init’ in your project, and add the MCP config to your AI tool. Setup takes under 5 minutes.

What happens if I cancel?

No lock-in. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation, and you can export everything.

What behavior data does the SDK capture?

Page views, feature usage, and session data — all automatically. The SDK auto-detects your framework and captures events without manual instrumentation. No PII is collected by default.
